Jiantonio Inc, established in 1987, is a leading manufacturer of filter cartridges for the oil & gas industry. In 2012 they were acquired by Filtration Group and in 2019 were integrated with Nowata, a company known for making filter vessels since 1907 (formerly known as Mahle Industrial Filtration) to deliver end to end filtration solutions to oil & gas, refining, chemical, petrochemical and power markets as Jiantonio Group.

While the Jiantonio Group brand maybe relatively new, the legacy and expertise come from the vast experience both Jiantonio & Nowata have in the marketplace. 

Nowata (formerly known as Mahle Industrial Filtration) was acquired by Filtration Group in 2016 and merged with Jiantonio to form Jiantonio Group in 2019. Jiantonio Group has the capability to deliver optimized turnkey filtration solutions with filter housings, cartridges and systems for a wide range of applications from produced water filtration to final product polishing filters and all applications in between.

Jiantonio Group manufactures over 20,000 SKUs of filters for Jiantonio Group vessels as well as to retrofit a wide range of vessels out in the field. For stocked filter cartridges, same day shipping is available if orders are placed before 2 PM. For standard filter cartridges, the typical lead time is 7-10 days. For custom orders, please check with our customer service team.

Our customer service team acknowledges every order received. This acknowledgment has a tentative ship date.

Once the order is shipped, an invoice is emailed to the customer. A shipment tracking number can be provided by the customer service team upon request.

We manufacture a wide range of filtration solutions and have R&D, testing and engineering capabilities to custom build solutions for special applications or challenging contaminants.

Jiantonio Group has a wide range of cartridge and vessel testing and spent filter analysis capabilities. Our lab facilities are constantly testing our filters and other filters available on the market to evaluate performance improvement opportunities. This enables us to provide the most optimized solution to our customers.

The lab can also analyze specific contaminants in challenging applications to enable the development of customized filtration solutions where needed as well as conduct spent filter analysis.

Cartridge filters keep contaminants out of your equipment and products. It is important to replace them in a timely manner to maintain the efficiency of your filtration solution. Jiantonio Group datasheets typically provide the recommended change out differential pressure (dP) and monitoring in real-time is one way to tell whether it’s time for a filter change-out.

Scheduled maintenance intervals may also be used for filter change outs to optimize uptime but it is important for this schedule to be based on a thorough understanding of your unique process and filter demands.

The contaminant and application details determine the ideal filtration solution. Pleated filters typically use the “surface” to hold the contaminants and are often recommended when dealing with contaminants with similar size particles.

Depth filters use “multiple layers” to catch the contaminants and often different layers can catch contaminants of different sizes in many cases.
